SEAOIL Race to Win Promo 2026

How do I qualify for the promo?

• You must be 18 years old and above with a valid Philippine Driver’s license.

• Pay for SEAOIL fuels, lubricants, and Lubeserv services through Card, PriceLOCQ, Gcash, or Paymaya at any PriceLOCQ-activated stations from September 25, 2026 - November 5, 2026 to qualify.

  • LOCQPay and Pay w/ Liters: Purchase at least ₱300 on any SEAOIL fuels or non-fuel products or Lubeserv services (single or accumulated transactions) net of discounts to get an entry.

  • Cash or any non-PriceLOCQ transaction awarded with VIP Points worth at least ₱300 on any SEAOIL products (single or accumulated transactions) net of discounts to get an entry.

How do I register and earn entries?

• Entries are automatically credited with every transaction. Customers will receive notifications through the app and email.

• To qualify, customers must opt in to join the promo by tapping the “I want to Join” button on the PriceLOCQ app during registration in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines).

• Entries earned during the period of this Promo will be reflected after successfully joining or opting in through the PriceLOCQ app.

What are the prizes?

• Lifetime Free Gas (1 winner)

  • One (1) winner will win a Lifetime Free gas. The winners will be drawn on the Grand draw of the promo period. 

  • “LIFETIME SUPPLY” of fuel means winners will receive P5,000.00 worth of SEAOIL fuel per month in the form of PriceLOCQ Fuel Vouchers during his/her actual life span, starting in the month when the winner was drawn. The succeeding full-year fuel supply will be given in January of each year.

  • The winner must personally claim the fuel entitlement annually upon presentation of at least two (2) valid government IDs with a picture. In the event that the winners cannot personally claim the fuel entitlement, he/she may appoint his/her representative by submitting a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney together with the valid government IDs of both the winner and the representative, and the proof that the winner is still alive, through a photograph holding the most recent and dated newspaper of general circulation.

• Nintendo Switch OLED Version (1 winner)

  • One (1) winner will win a Nintendo Switch OLED Version. The winners will be drawn on the Grand draw of the promo period.

• Radical Challenge Jacket (5 winners)

  • Five (5) winners will win a Radical Challenge Jacket. The winners will be drawn on the Grand draw of the promo period. 

• Radical Race Shirt (10 winners)

  • Ten (10) winners will win a Radical Challenge Shirt. The winners will be drawn on the Grand draw of the promo period.

When is the raffle draw scheduled?

• Determination of winners will be held at SEAOIL Philippines Inc., 19th Floor, The Taipan Place, F. Ortigas Jr., Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines and under the supervision of a DTI Representative.

• The name indicated on the winning raffle entry shall be declared as the winner.

• The winner's name can only win once, if the name wins more than once on a draw date, he/she gets the prize of higher value.

• Announcement of winners will be done within 48 hours after the draw via the SEAOIL Facebook Page – www.facebook.com/SEAOIL 

• Winners will be notified through registered mail, email, or text message.

How do I claim my prize?

• Prizes can only be claimed by the person whose name is indicated in the raffle entry.

• Upon claiming the prize, the winner must present the following:

  • Driver’s license

  • Registered mail, email, or text message

• Prizes are transferable but non-convertible to cash.

Are there other important reminders?

• Any dispute, controversy or difference of opinion which may arise out of relating to or in connection with this contract or for any breach hereof shall be settled amicably within DTI jurisdiction. If otherwise, any legal action or proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the Courts of Pasig City.

• SEAOIL Philippines Inc. will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.

• By participating in this promotion, all participants and winners grant SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, SEAOIL Website, or Official SEAOIL Facebook Page.

• The redemption period of prizes shall be within 60 days upon receipt of registered mail notification. 

• Prizes not redeemed within 60 days from receipt of registered mail notification will be forfeited upon approval of DTI-FTEB.

• Employees of SEAOIL Philippines Inc., its advertising agency, its suppliers, and participating stations including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
