How do I qualify for the promo?

• You must be 18 years old and above with a valid Philippine Driver’s license.
• You must be a SEAOIL VIP member.
• Pay for SEAOIL fuels, lubricants, and Lubeserv services through Cash, Card, PriceLOCQ, Gcash, or Paymaya at any SEAOIL VIP-activated stations from April 21 to July 13, 2025 to qualify. 
  • Cash or any non-PriceLOCQ awarded with VIP Points: Purchase at least ₱100 on any SEAOIL Lubricants or SEAGAS LPG (single or accumulated transactions) to get an entry.
  • Cash or any non-PriceLOCQ awarded with VIP Points: Purchase at least ₱200 on any SEAOIL fuels (single or accumulated transactions) to get an entry.
  • LOCQPay: Purchase at least ₱50 on any SEAOIL lubricants or Lubeserv services (single or accumulated transactions) to get an additional entry.
  • LOCQPay: Purchase at least ₱100 on any SEAOIL fuels (single or accumulated transactions) to get an additional entry.
  • Pay with Liters: Purchase at least ₱100 on any SEAOIL fuels (single or accumulated transactions) to get an additional entry.

How do I register and earn entries?

• Entries are automatically awarded with every transaction. Customers will receive notifications via the app, email, and SMS (for VIP members).
• Each awarded entry serves as the official registration for the promotion.

What are the prizes?

• Honda Beat Motorcycle (6 Winners)
  • Six (6) winners will win a Honda Beat Motorcycle. The winners will be drawn on the last raffle draw of the promo period. 
  • There will be two (2) winners from Luzon, two (2) from Visayas, and two (2) from Mindanao.
  • Winners must personally claim their prizes upon presentation of at least two (2) valid government IDs with a picture. In the event that the winners cannot personally claim their prizes, he/she may appoint his/her representative by submitting a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney together with the valid government IDs of both the winner and the representative.
• Samsung Galaxy S25 (3 Winners)
  • Three (3) winners will win a Samsung Galaxy S25. The winners will be drawn on the last raffle draw of the promo period. 
  • There will be one (1) winner from Luzon, one (1) from Visayas, and one (1) from Mindanao. 
• Xiaomi Pad 6 (3 winners)
  • Three (3) winners will win a Xiaomi Pad 6. One (1) winner will be selected at the end of each month for the duration of the promo period. 
• Appliances Vouchers (9 winners)
  • Nine (9) winners will win a Php 10,000 worth appliances voucher via SM Gift Pass. Three (3) winners will be selected at the end of each month for the duration of the promo period. 
  •  The SM Gift Pass can be used to buy appliances at designated SM stores and/or partner merchants near the area indicated on the voucher. 
• Grocery Package Vouchers (15 winners)
  • Fifteen (15) winners will win a Php 5,000 worth grocery vouchers via SM Gift Pass. Five (5) winners will win a grocery package at the end of each month for the duration of the promo period. 
  •  The SM Gift Pass can be used to buy groceries at a designated supermarket store near the area indicated on the voucher. 
  • This prize will be given exclusively to VIP Public (PUV drivers) members.     
• 45L Motorcycle Topbox (15 winners)
  • Fifteen (15) winners will win a 45L Motorcycle Topbox. Five (5) winners will win a 45L Motorcycle Topbox at the end of each month for the duration of the promo period. 
  • This prize will be given exclusively to VIP Rides (TNVS) members.     
• PHP 2000 PriceLOCQ Vouchers (15 winners)
  • Fifteen (15) winners will win P2000 PriceLOCQ Vouchers. 
  •  The vouchers will be converted to LOCQPay Balance that winners can use to buy fuels, lubricants, or pay to any Lubeserv transactions.

When is the raffle draw scheduled?

• Determination of winners will be held at SEAOIL Philippines Inc., 19th Floor, The Taipan Place, F. Ortigas Jr., Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines and under the supervision of a DTI Representative.
• The name indicated on the winning raffle entry shall be declared as the winner.
• Winner’s name can only win once, if the name wins more than once on a draw date, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
• Announcement of winners will be done within 48 hours after the draw via the SEAOIL Facebook Page – www.facebook.com/SEAOIL
• Winners will be notified through registered mail, email, or text message.

How do I claim my prize?

• Prizes can only be claimed by the person whose name is indicated in the raffle entry. 
• Upon claiming the prize, the winner must present the following:
  • Driver’s license
  • Registered mail, email, or text message
• Prizes are transferable but non-convertible to cash.

Are there other important reminders?

• Any dispute, controversy or difference of opinion which may arise out of relating to or in  connection with this contract or for any breach hereof shall be settled amicably within DTI jurisdiction. If otherwise, any legal action or proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the Courts of Pasig City.
• SEAOIL Philippines Inc. will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
• By participating in this promotion, all participants and winners grant SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, SEAOIL Website, or Official SEAOIL Facebook Page.
• Redemption period of prizes shall be within 60 days upon receipt of registered mail notification. 
• Prizes not redeemed within 60 days from receipt of registered mail notification will be forfeited upon approval of DTI-FTEB.
• Employees of SEAOIL Philippines Inc., its advertising agency, its suppliers, and participating stations including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
