Here are the possible reasons why your TNVS verification request was rejected:
You inputted the wrong details in your application (e.g. company name, rider ID)
You did not upload a clear photo of your driver’s license and/or rider ID
Your company did not recognize you as one of their active riders
For the first two reasons, you may edit your application and resubmit it for approval. For the last reason, if you think this is a mistake, you may reach out to us on Facebook Messenger for further assistance.
