- Make sure that you're scanning the correct QR code.
- Double-check that you're connected to a strong, stable internet.
- Double-check if your PriceLOCQ app is up to date-to-date in the Google Playstore or Apple Appstore.
- Restart your app and trying again.
If you still have a problem scanning the QR code, our station personnel will file a report to get this resolved ASAP.
