Sorry to hear that! You may try doing any of the following:

  • Make sure that you're scanning the correct QR code.
  • Double-check that you're connected to a strong, stable internet.
  • Double-check if your PriceLOCQ app is up to date-to-date in the Google Playstore or Apple Appstore.
  • Restart your app and trying again.



If you still have a problem scanning the QR code, our station personnel will file a report to get this resolved ASAP.
