If the disputed transaction occurred in the current month, you may also request for voiding via the Station Crew (e.g. if the disputed redemption happened on April 5, you may request for voiding from the Station until April 30).
For requests send us the following details:
* Name * Registered Mobile Number * Date and Time of the transaction * Screenshot of the transaction(s)
