How do I request for a refund?

  • For RFID top-up issues that were caused by a PriceLOCQ error, reversal requests can be submitted at most two (2) days after the date of the transaction being disputed. If proven to be valid, requests shall be processed within thirty (30) days upon reception. Please send your concern details via our Facebook Page or via email: support@pricelocq.com.


  • For other issues that were not due to a PriceLOCQ error, kindly reach out to Autosweep’s customer hotline so that they can assist you with your request.
